How to play & FAQ
How do I play Kite Flying?
The wind changes all the time, and the gauge on the right shows the tension on the line. Holding raises the tension, letting go lowers it; in strong gusts the tension shoots up by itself, so ease off quickly. In the green the kite climbs steadily; below it the kite sinks, and touching the ground ends the game; push into the red and the line snaps. After 90 seconds your highest height is recorded.
Why did my kite suddenly drop?
Usually the wind dropped while the line was slack. Reel in more when the wind eases and give slack when it gusts.
Is the wind shown?
The Wind box in the status bar shows the current wind — a bigger number means stronger wind — and the kite swings further side to side in strong wind.
