比赛开始有 3 秒倒数。每按一次和上一次不同的一边，算一次有效划桨，龙舟加速；连续按同一边会打乱节奏，速度下降。龙舟在水里会慢慢减速，所以要保持稳定的节奏。顶部的彩色进度条显示四条船的位置。The race starts with a three-second countdown. Each press on the opposite side from the last one is a good stroke and speeds the boat up; pressing the same side twice breaks the rhythm and slows you. The water keeps slowing the boat, so keep a steady rhythm. The coloured bars on top show all four boats.
