以 2-back 为例：记住每次方块出现的位置，当第 5 个方块和第 3 个方块在同一格时，就要按“相同”。前 N 个试次只需要记忆。按对了算命中，该按没按算漏按，不该按却按了算误按；正确率 = （命中 + 正确不按）÷ 判断次数。Take 2-back: remember each position, and when the 5th square is in the same cell as the 3rd, press Match. The first N trials are memorise-only. A correct press is a hit, a missed match is a miss and a press on a non-match is a false alarm; accuracy = (hits + correct rejections) ÷ judged trials.

2-back 能稳定在 80% 以上就很不错了；可以先用 1-back 熟悉节奏，再逐步提高。Staying above 80% at 2-back is very good; start with 1-back to get the rhythm, then step up.
