The clock starts at your first tap and stops at the last; wrong taps don't end the round but are counted.

舒尔特方格是一种经典的注意力训练方法：把 1 到 N² 的数字随机填进 N×N 的方格，要求按顺序找出并点击。练习时尽量不要移动视线，而是用眼睛的余光去搜索，这样能够扩大一次能看清的范围。从 3×3、4×4 开始，熟练后再挑战 5×5 以上；“每次打乱”模式下每点对一个数字整个方格都会重新排列，难度更高。The Schulte table is a classic attention exercise: the numbers 1 to N² are placed randomly in an N×N grid and you find and tap them in order. Try not to move your eyes; search with your peripheral vision instead, which trains you to take in a wider area at once. Start with 3×3 or 4×4 and move up to 5×5 and beyond; in Reshuffle mode the whole grid is rearranged after every correct tap, which is much harder.
多快算好成绩？What is a good time?
以 5×5 为例，成年人第一次练习通常在 25～40 秒，经常练习后能稳定在 20 秒以内。成绩因人而异，和自己的最好成绩比较更有意义。For 5×5, adults typically take 25–40 seconds at first and get under 20 seconds with regular practice. Results vary a lot between people, so comparing with your own best is most useful.
