It shrinks outward to 0 at the radius, so the swirl blends smoothly into the untouched part. Positive turns clockwise and negative anticlockwise; beyond ±360° you get a multi-turn spiral. The radius is a percentage of half the image's shorter side, so 100% is the largest circle touching the short edges, and pixels outside the circle are not changed at all.

可以换漩涡中心吗？Can I move the centre of the swirl?

可以，用“中心 X / Y”按图片宽高的百分比设置，例如 30% / 40% 表示偏左上的位置。中心靠近边缘时，漩涡超出画面的部分会被裁掉。Yes. Set Centre X / Y as percentages of the width and height; 30% / 40%, for example, is up and to the left. When the centre is near an edge, the part of the swirl outside the picture is simply cut off.

Running it again with the opposite angle roughly cancels the swirl but can't restore it perfectly, so keep your original.
