「孔明棋」怎么玩？How do I play Peg Solitaire?
开局时棋盘上除了一个空位，其余孔里都插着棋子。每一步，选一颗棋子沿直线跳过紧挨着的另一颗棋子，落到它后面的空位上，被跳过的那颗就被拿掉（十字棋盘只能横竖跳，三角棋盘可以沿六个方向跳）。不能再跳时游戏结束，剩下的棋子越少越好；十字棋盘最完美的结局是最后一颗正好停在正中央。At the start every hole holds a peg except one. On each move a peg jumps in a straight line over an adjacent peg into the empty hole right behind it, and the jumped peg is removed (on the cross board only horizontally or vertically, on triangle boards in six directions). The game ends when no jump is possible; the fewer pegs left the better, and the perfect finish on the cross board leaves the last peg in the very centre.
孔明棋一定能只剩一颗吗？Can you always finish with one peg?
三种棋盘的开局都能做到只剩一颗，33 孔十字棋盘还能让最后一颗停在正中央。但走错几步之后就可能做不到了——点「提示」会搜索当前局面，告诉你下一步还有没有机会。All three boards can be finished with a single peg from the start, and on the 33-hole cross the last peg can even end in the centre. A few wrong jumps can make that impossible, though — Hint searches the current position and tells you whether one peg is still reachable.
有什么技巧？Any tips?
尽量别让棋子孤零零地留在角落或边上，那里的棋子很难再被跳走；先清理棋盘外围的“小方块”，最后再收拾中间。Avoid leaving lone pegs in the corners or along the edges, where nothing can jump them later. Clear the outer arms in small blocks first and finish in the middle.
