This tool compresses the picture repeatedly at the quality you set, varying the settings slightly each time so the damage builds up — just like an image that has been forwarded, screenshotted and re-saved again and again in chat apps. Lower quality and more generations make it worse.
缩小、放大方式有什么用？What do Shrink and Upscale do?
先把图片缩小到一定比例再压缩，最后放大回原尺寸：“放大成马赛克”保留锐利的方块像素，“放大成模糊”则像低分辨率图被硬拉大。勾选“保持缩小后的尺寸”就不再放大，输出更小的图片。The picture is first shrunk to a percentage of its size, compressed, then enlarged back to the original size: Blocky keeps sharp square pixels, while Blurry looks like a low-resolution picture blown up. Tick Keep the smaller size to skip the enlargement and get a smaller image.
炸图是什么效果？What is deep-fried?
“炸图”（deep-fried meme）是网络梗图的一种风格：颜色严重过饱和、对比度很高、偏暖偏亮，再加上重度 JPG 压缩，画面看起来像被油炸过。开启后会先做过饱和和高对比处理，再进行压缩。A deep-fried meme is a style where colours are wildly over-saturated, the contrast is extreme and everything is warm and bright, topped with heavy JPG compression so it looks like the picture went through a deep fryer. With it on, the image is saturated and contrasted first, then compressed.
