Shifting by half the width and half the height brings the original edges to the middle of the picture, making any seam in a tiling texture easy to spot — a standard step in making seamless textures.
可以用负数吗？百分比怎么算？Can I use negative values, and how do percentages work?
可以。正数向右 / 向下移动，负数向左 / 向上。选“百分比”时按图片宽度和高度换算并四舍五入到整像素，例如 50% 就是移动半张图；超过 100% 时在循环模式下会继续绕圈。Yes. Positive values move right or down, negative values left or up. With % the shift is a share of the width and height, rounded to whole pixels — 50% moves half the image. Beyond 100% it simply keeps going round when wrapping.
