为什么有的帧显示“浏览器按 100 ms 播放”？Why do some frames say "browsers play it as 100 ms"?

GIF 的每帧延迟以 1/100 秒为单位保存。很多 GIF 把延迟写成 0 或 10 毫秒，主流浏览器会把这么短的延迟当作 100 毫秒来播放，否则动图会快得看不清。本播放器和浏览器保持一致，并在信息栏注明文件里实际写的数值。GIF frame delays are stored in hundredths of a second. Many GIFs store 0 or 10 ms, and the major browsers play such short delays as 100 ms so the animation isn't impossibly fast. This player does the same and shows the value actually stored in the file.

循环次数和总时长怎么算？How are looping and total duration worked out?

总时长是所有帧延迟之和（按浏览器的播放规则），速度不同时会按比例显示当前时间。文件里如果写了循环设置（NETSCAPE 扩展），会显示为无限循环或循环次数，没有写的 GIF 浏览器只播放一次；“循环播放”开关默认跟随文件设置，你也可以随时改变。The total duration is the sum of all frame delays (using the browsers' playback rules), and the current time is scaled to the speed you choose. If the file has a loop setting (the NETSCAPE extension) it's shown as looping forever or a number of loops; GIFs without one play once in browsers. The Loop switch follows the file's setting by default and you can change it at any time.

需要把每一帧都导出吗？What if I need every frame?
