点击己方棋子，再点绿色圆点走棋；连跳时可直接点最终落点（路线不唯一时逐格点击）。有吃子时必须吃，可吃的棋子会以橙框提示。键盘：方向键移动光标，回车 选择，U 悔棋。Click one of your pieces, then a green dot. For a multi-jump click the final square (or each square in turn if there are several routes). Captures are compulsory; pieces that can capture are outlined in orange. Keyboard: arrows, Enter, U undo.

「西洋跳棋」怎么玩？How do I play Checkers?
棋子只在深色格上沿斜线走。普通棋子只能向前斜走一格；隔着对方棋子且对面是空格时可以跳过去吃掉它，能连续跳就必须继续跳。有吃子机会时必须吃。走到对方底线升为“王”，王可以前后斜走。吃光对方或让对方无棋可走即获胜。Pieces move diagonally on the dark squares. A man steps one square diagonally forward; it captures by jumping over an adjacent enemy piece to the empty square beyond, and must keep jumping while it can. Capturing is compulsory. A man reaching the far row is crowned king and can move backwards too. Capture all enemy pieces or leave them with no move to win.
这是哪种跳棋规则？Which rules are used?
8×8 英式（美式）规则：王每次只走一格，普通棋子不能向后吃；强制吃子但不要求吃最多。双方 40 回合（80 步）都没有吃子也没有普通棋子移动则判和。English / American checkers on 8×8: kings move one square, men cannot capture backwards, capturing is compulsory but you may choose which capture. If 40 moves each pass with no capture or man move the game is drawn.
和中国跳棋有什么不同？How is this different from Chinese checkers?
西洋跳棋是两人在方格棋盘上吃子的游戏；中国跳棋在六角星形棋盘上比谁先把棋子全部跳到对面，不吃子。本站也有中国跳棋。Checkers is a two-player capturing game on a square board. Chinese checkers is a race across a star-shaped board with no captures — we have that too.
电脑会让着我吗？Does the computer go easy on me?
简单难度只看两步且常走随意的棋；中等和困难会在后台做深度搜索，困难很少失误。Easy looks two moves ahead and often plays loosely; Normal and Hard search deeper in the background, and Hard rarely blunders.
