填写名称和时长后点“添加计时器”，或用“快速添加”一键创建；每张卡片上点 ▶ 开始。“全部开始/暂停”可同时控制所有计时器。Enter a name and duration and press Add, or use a Quick add button; press ▶ on each card. “Start/pause all” controls every timer at once.
关掉页面后还会继续计时吗？Do timers keep running if I close the page?
计时是按开始时刻计算的，回到页面后会显示正确的剩余时间；但页面关闭期间无法响铃，到点提醒需要页面开着。Timing is based on start timestamps, so the right remaining time shows when you return — but it can only ring while the page is open.
