The fee (balance × fee %) is added to the starting balance; then each month interest is charged at that month's APR ÷ 12 (the promo APR during the promo, the post-promo APR afterwards, rounded to the cent) before your payment is applied, until the balance is cleared. You get the interest in each phase, the months to pay off and a month-by-month schedule.
