Ambiguous words — program (computer programs are “program” in British English too), license/licence and practice/practise (noun vs verb) — are flagged but not replaced unless you tick the box.

期刊要求英式还是美式拼写？Do journals want US or UK spelling?
多数期刊接受任一种，但要求全文统一；部分期刊（如 Nature 系列）使用英式拼写并保留 -ize（牛津拼写），美国出版社期刊多用美式。请以期刊作者指南为准。Most accept either as long as it is consistent; Nature journals use British spelling with -ize (Oxford spelling), and US publishers usually use American. Follow the author guide.
为什么有些词没有被替换？Why were some words not replaced?
program、license/licence、practice/practise、meter/metre、disk/disc 等在英式英语中依含义或词性而不同（如计算机程序在英式中也写 program），自动替换容易出错，所以默认只提示；确认后可勾选“同时替换有歧义的词”。Words like program, license/licence, practice/practise, meter/metre and disk/disc depend on meaning or part of speech (computer programs are “program” in British English too), so they are only flagged by default; tick the box to replace them as well.
