快捷键：空格 暂停/继续，↑/↓ 调速度，←/→ 后退/前进，+/− 调字号，M 镜像，Esc 退出。也可以用蓝牙翻页笔（PageUp/PageDown）控制。Keys: Space pause/resume, ↑/↓ speed, ←/→ back/forward, +/− font size, M mirror, Esc exit. Bluetooth presenter remotes (PageUp/PageDown) work too.

如何使用「在线提词器」？How do I use the Online Teleprompter?
把稿子粘贴到文本框，调好速度和字号，点“开始提词”进入全屏。红色虚线是视线位置，眼睛看着它附近读即可；空格暂停，↑/↓ 调速，←/→ 回退或前进，Esc 退出。Paste your script, set speed and size, and press Start to go full screen. Read near the red dashed guide line; Space pauses, ↑/↓ change speed, ←/→ jump back or forward and Esc exits.
手机上能用吗？Does it work on a phone?
可以。手机横屏放在镜头下方或旁边，点开始即全屏滚动；平板配合提词器支架和反光玻璃时，勾选“镜像”让文字在玻璃上显示为正向。Yes. Put the phone near the lens and press Start. With a tablet in a beam-splitter rig, tick Mirror so the text reads correctly on the glass.
速度怎么调比较合适？What speed should I use?
中文口播一般每分钟 200–250 字，可先用默认速度读一遍，再按 ↑/↓ 微调；页面会按字数估算整篇时长。Spoken Chinese runs about 200–250 characters a minute and English about 130–160 words; start at the default and nudge with ↑/↓. The page estimates total time.
「在线提词器」免费吗？文件会上传吗？Is the Online Teleprompter free? Are my files uploaded?
「在线提词器」完全免费，无需注册。你输入的内容只在本机浏览器里处理（部分设置会保存在本机方便下次使用），不会上传到任何服务器。The Online Teleprompter is free with no sign-up. What you enter is processed only in this browser (some settings are kept locally for next time) and is never uploaded.
