导出的 YAML 是什么结构？What does the YAML look like?
每个标题（# 到 ######）开始一项，记录 level（标题级别）、title（标题文字）和 body（其下的列表项和文字，按行合并）；标题之前的内容归入 level 0 的一项。链接、强调等格式不会解析，只按原文保留。YAML 由 js-yaml 生成。Each heading (# to ######) starts an item with level (heading depth), title (heading text) and body (the list items and text under it, joined by lines); content before the first heading goes into a level-0 item. Links and emphasis are kept as raw text, not parsed. The YAML is written with js-yaml.
