星座的分界日是怎么定的？Where are the boundaries between signs?

用常见的整日分界，例如狮子座 7 月 23 日至 8 月 22 日；真实的太阳进入时刻每年会差一天左右，交界日附近仅供参考。It uses the usual whole-day boundaries, for example Leo from 23 July to 22 August. The real moment the Sun changes sign shifts by about a day from year to year, so dates on a boundary are approximate.

这个工具和时区有关吗？Do time zones affect this tool?
