工作日怎么算？How are weekdays counted?
统计剩余日期中的周一到周五，没有扣除法定节假日和调休，实际工作日可能更少。It counts the Mondays to Fridays left; public holidays and swapped working days are not removed, so real working days may be fewer.
闰年怎么判断？How are leap years handled?
能被 4 整除但不能被 100 整除，或能被 400 整除的年份是闰年，全年 366 天，2 月有 29 日。Years divisible by 4 but not by 100, or divisible by 400, are leap years with 366 days and 29 February.
