What is the Beer-Lambert Law tool?
A = ε c l。本地处理。可设置「ε」、「浓度 c」、「光程 l」。A = ε c l. Processed locally. Settings: ε, Concentration c, Path length l.
How do I use the Beer-Lambert Law tool?
In the Beer-Lambert Law: Fill in "ε", "Concentration c", "Path length l"; results are recalculated instantly as you type.
透射?Transmittance?
T = 10^(-A)。T = 10^(-A).
Can you show a worked example?
A:10For example, entering ε = 1000, Concentration c = 0.01, Path length l = 1 in the Beer-Lambert Law gives: Absorbance A: 10
Which inputs are validated?
The Beer-Lambert Law checks its inputs — "ε", "Path length l": required, must be greater than 0; "Concentration c": required; numbers above 10¹⁵ in absolute value are rejected too. When a value fails, the result area names the problem instead of showing a number.
What options can I adjust?
Settings in the Beer-Lambert Law — "ε" default 1000; "Concentration c" default 0.01; "Path length l" default 1. The result always uses the current settings.
Can I use the results for homework or engineering?
The Beer-Lambert Law uses standard textbook formulas (given in the description and FAQ), which is good for learning and checking estimates; for safety-critical engineering follow codes and measured values.
Is the Beer-Lambert Law free? Do I need an account?
The Beer-Lambert Law is completely free with no sign-up or install and works on phones and desktops; what you enter is processed only in your browser.
